The computer-based programmes let us make a calculation of the forces acting on each cutter, and forecast the drilling bits endurance. The modern modeling technology allows to reduce the imbalance of the forces, thus minimizing vibration and wear of drilling bits. One of our latest achievements in this sphere is the development of the technology of modeling the range of drilling bits for deviated, flat and horizontal wells with steerable BHA.
		Manufacture Manufacture of our company is supplied with the up-to-date equipment for the full cycle of the manufacturing of different tools for drilling and oil-and-gas companies. 		The Laboratory of Non-destructive Methods of Inspection (NDI) and Technical Diagnostics (TD) The high level of the equipment supplying of the NDI and TD Laboratory reflects intention of "BURINTEKH", Ltd to raise the level of production quality as well. The tasks of the laboratory are the following: - conformity of the materials and half stuffs to the given technical requirements; - search and detection of defects of the production on a preparatory stage, as well as during the manufacturing; - diagnostic inspection of the production that was already put into exploitation. To solve the given tasks we use in the laboratory the integrated approach consisting of such methods as: - acoustic; - magnetic; - Eddy currents; - penetrating materials; - optical emission method of chemical analysis of metal samples and alloys. For realizing these methods our company uses modern Russian and foreign equipment of the companies that are the leaders in the instrument production of industry.
