Blade reamers of bigger diameter are purposed for drilling wells with pilot—bit or for reaming previously drilled wells up to the necessary diameter. Reamers are packaged with changeable blades, easy to change in rig conditions. Cleaning of the bottomhole is carried out through openings in the body. By using reamer for reaming previously drilled out sections of the staft it is recommended to use anti-kickoff device PZU-280, equipped with 6 changeable nozzles, besides one nozzle is directed to bottom, other 5 - up.
